A business idea is a concept that can be used for financial gain, usually centered on a product or service that can be offered for money. A business idea is the base of the pyramid when it comes to business as a whole.

If you already have a business idea, put it together in whatever form, sign up and drop your idea, we will send you a response within 24 hours and proceed thereafter.

2. We evaluate, validate and prepare Feasibility Report
Unfortunately not all ideas can be turned into commercially viable businesses within certain environments and periods. Many businesses collapse due to false startup and setup information. We attach stringent evaluation protocols in validating business proposals we receive.
Validation process includes conducting preliminary feasibility studies into business proposals to ascertain their viability. We engage extensively in the validation process and expect you to be candid with us to enable us put together the right information pack for posting.
The validation process is a very critical part of our work after which we will notify you about outcome.Â
We do not need to meet you in person during this process because we use other virtual communication methods to engage. Â
3. We prepare Business Plan subject to our Terms and Conditions
Your business proposal is developed into bankable Business Plan after conducting thorough feasibility studies. The process attracts some fees which the Dreamer must agree to pay.Â
The Site will determine the fees payable based on the scale of work, the Business Plan when completed becomes the property of the applicant (Dreamer)
Compact Stage
1. We register the business with the Registrar General Department as required by law.
The formation of a company or business requires the undertaking of some responsibilities. The prospective applicant will be assisted through this stage.
The business will be registered with The Registrar General Department and other institutions as may be required depending on the scale and type of business. All licenses will also be secured as and when necessary.
The Registrar General’s Department is the Government of Ghana agency responsible for the registration of companies and business in Ghana
2. We open an Escrow Account for the business with the purpose of safeguarding the contribution of prospective Business Partners.
Escrow Account is opened with a reputable bank that has agreed to offer the business the needed financial services when necessary.
3. We prepare the necessary draft Contracts Documents between you, us and prospective Business Partners.
It is important to clearly spell out the Terms and Condition between all parties, terms required for the running and management of the business and the relationship between parties and the business entity.
Floating Stage
1. We develop the necessary promotion materials and float The Project on the Website.
The necessary promotional materials would be prepared for the promotion of the business on the Website.
At your request we will offer special promotion package for your project at a Fee. This will include organizing conferences and such similar events to attract Business Partners
2. Standard business promotions on the Site do not attract fees however, fees are charged for boosting on the Site or affiliate social media platforms.

Enrolment Stage
1. Meeting Business Partner Obligation
Business Partner agree to the terms and conditions of the Partnership and makes the necessary payments.
Business registration documents are amended to reflect their participation in the business.
2. The Escrow Account of the business is amended to include Business Partner as part of signatories.
Project Management
1. The management of The Project is contracted to a management company vetted and approved by Business Partners; also with voluntary participation of Dreamer and Dream Makers as employees of the Company.
2. The Project is managed with best corporate governance with oversight responsibility of Dusiloe or our assign.
